I'm Simon Willems — financial controller by training (BSc Engineering & Management) and AI builder. After years as a controller at Cadac Group — a complex international organisation — I saw first-hand how large the difference is between companies that have their finances and processes under control and those that don't.

Cadac Group

At Cadac I worked on financial analyses, dashboards and process optimisation for an international company. I learned how the right data and the right processes can fundamentally improve how a business runs.

As an entrepreneur I know what it feels like to struggle with financial insight and manual processes. I use that hands-on experience to build systems for clients that actually work — from lead follow-up to financial dashboards.
